Began studying Ikuta-ryu koto music at age 2 and Jiuta shamisen at age 14.
Youngest ever winner of the Michio Miyagi Memorial Competition (14 years old). Soloist in the "Franco-Japanese Cultural Arts Association Dispatch - Franco-Japanese Children's Music Corps France Concert," sponsored by the French Embassy and others. Had the honor of performing for Her Majesty the Empress at a concert hosted by the Empress.
After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School, she established koto music schools in Tokyo and Kanagawa. She serves as an advisor for the koto music clubs at private elementary and junior high/high schools in Yokohama City. She also organizes a koto circle for adults in Akihabara. Her teaching experience spans over 10 years, with more than 3,000 students.
He has also been involved in event management and production. His past activities include workshops and demonstration performances at Narita Airport, musical direction for the TV show "UTAGE," overall production of CD manufacturing for his affiliated unit, overall planning and direction of performance for bridal events, and performances at corporate events and banquets.
